Registration for all Key Biscayne programming must be completed onsite at Key Biscayne Community Center.
Step 1:
- Click desired Session below
- OR login to TutorCruncher and click Book a Lesson.
Step 2:
- By clicking Book/Join/Add to Lesson (below or in TutorCruncher), you are signing up for the listed session.
- Confirm that your child is grade and gender eligible, if applicable, prior to registering.
- Confirm the required information is included on your TutorCruncher profile (phone number and emergency contact information, athlete grade and age).
- If you accidentally enroll your child, or need to cancel, please review our cancellation policy and send an email to [email protected].
Step 3:
You will receive an invoice by email 24-48 hours after submitting your registration, when we confirm your eligibility and enrollment in the session. If you have a prior balance on your account, this must be paid prior to enrollment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email ([email protected]). Cancellations requests sent by text message will not be accepted.
- 7+ days before the start date: Receive a full refund.
- 0–6 days before the start date: Receive a 100% credit toward a future enrollment.
- On or after the start date: No refunds or credits will be issued, including for no-shows.
Discounts
Discounts are available for siblings, teachers, first responders and Coral Gables High School students. Send an email to [email protected] to confirm your eligibility.
All classes, camps and clinics require minimum enrollment numbers to officially open. Full refunds will be issued if classes do not meet the minimum requirements.
